House Rules: 1. Balance & Security Deposit – ₱2,000 security deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable if there are no damages or additional charges. The remaining balance shall also be settled upon check-in. 2. Check-in/Out – 2:00 PM check-in, 11:00 AM check-out. Early/late requests subject to availability and fees. 3. Guests & Visitors – ₱200 per visitor (until 10 PM), ₱500 per additional guests. Extra mattresses ₱1,000 each (w/ pillow, blanket, towel). 4. Mini Bar – Items consumed, missing, or damaged will be charged. 5. Electricity – Turn off lights/AC/appliances when not in use. Keep doors/windows closed when AC is on. 6. Cleanliness – We kindly ask guests to tidy up after themselves. Cleaning fee may apply for excessive mess. 7. Damages – Handle linens, furniture, and appliances with care. Charges apply for stains/damage. 8. Pets – ₱300/night. Diapers required indoors. ₱2,000 fine for accidents on beds/sofas. 9. No Smoking Indoors – Smoking/Vaping inside the villa is strictly prohibited. Designated smoking area near parking. ₱2,000 fee for violations. 10. Pool – No lifeguard. Swim at your own risk. Follow pool rules posted. 11. Quiet Hours – Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Karaoke, loud music, and excessive noise are only permitted until 10:00 PM, in line with city regulations. 12. Cooking – Bring your own condiments. Pots, pans, basic crockery provided. 13. Parking – Free onsite. For street parking, use one side only and don’t block the gate. Park at your own risk. Management is not liable for any damage, theft, or loss. 14. Safety – Guests are responsible for their well-being. Management not liable for accidents due to negligence. Report hazards immediately.
