 • Pet-friendly House Rules: 1. Check-in & Check-out Time - Standard check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is strictly at 11:00 AM. Please be mindful of the time so we can prepare the villa for our next guests. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged in advance for an additional charge, subject to availability. 2. Guest Authorization - For everyone's safety and comfort, please register all overnight guests by providing names and at least one government-issued ID upon check-in. Additional guests are welcome with notice - ₱200 per overnight guest and ₱100 per visitor will apply. 3. Mini Bar - Our ILDA Villa mini bar is stocked for your comfort and convenience. Prices are clearly tagged - any opened, missing, or damaged items will be added to your bill. 4. Conserve Electricity - Help us keep ILDA Villa sustainable. Please turn off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use. When using the AC, ensure that all windows and doors are closed. Additional charges may apply for improper use. 5. Hot Shower Use - To use the hot shower, please turn on the water heater switch (located under the bathroom sink) before bathing. Adjust the temperature before stepping in, and remember to switch off the heater after use to save energy. Charges may apply for improper use. 6. Cleanliness - ILDA Villa is a self-catering stay - we kindly ask guests to tidy up after themselves. A cleaning fee may be charged for excessive messes left behind. 7. Housekeeping & Damages - We take pride in maintaining the villa. Please handle all linens, furniture, appliances, and utensils with care. Charges will apply for stains, damage, or misuse. Kindly avoid placing hot pots and pans directly on the dining tables. 8. Pets - Pets are welcome for ₱300 per pet per night, with a refundable ₱3,000 deposit. Please ensure they wear diapers while indoors. A ₱2,000 fine applies for accidents on beds or sofas. 9. No Smoking Indoors – Smoking/Vaping inside the villa is strictly prohibited. A designated smoking area is available near the parking lot. A ₱2,000 deep-cleaning fee will be charged for indoor smoking. 10. No Lifeguard on Duty - Please be cautious when using the pool, as there is no lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk. Kindly refer to and follow the posted Pool Rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. 11. Quiet Hours - To maintain a peaceful environment, karaoke, loud music, and excessive noise are only permitted until 10:00 PM, in line with city regulations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. 12. Cooking Restrictions - Light cooking (boiling, reheating, stewing) is allowed inside the villa. For heavier cooking, please use the outdoor kitchen. A ₱300 fee applies for gas usage, and a ₱200 fee applies for using the electric smokeless grill. Please bring your own condiments, as only crockery is provided. 13. Parking - Free on-site parking is available. For those parking on the street, please park on one side only and avoid blocking the gate to respect our neighbors. Management is not liable for any damage, theft, or loss. 14. Guest Safety - Your safety is important to us. While the villa is regularly maintained to meet safety standards, guests are responsible for their own well-being. Management is not liable for accidents or injuries resulting from negligence or misuse. Please report any hazards and concerns immediately so we can take prompt action.
