How to Delete Your Staykay Account
Important: Account deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. All your personal information, reservations, and listings will be permanently removed from our system.
Before You Delete Your Account
Please consider the following before proceeding with account deletion:
- All your active reservations will be deleted along with your account.
- If you're a host, all your property listings will be deleted.
- Your transaction records will be retained for legal and business purposes.
- You will lose access to your booking history and receipts.
Account Deletion Process
- Log in to your Staykay account
Make sure you're logged in to the account you wish to delete.
- Go to your profile
Go to your profile and locate the left-hand sidebar.
- Click “Delete Account”
Click on the “Delete Account?” button located at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Confirm deletion
You will be asked to confirm your decision. Enter “Delete account” and click the Delete button to proceed.
After Deletion
Once your account is deleted:
- Your personal data will be immediately removed from our active systems.
- Transaction records will be retained for legal or business purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
